Necessary: your cookie choice itself, so we do not ask on every page.

Personalize (optional): a first-party fcr_prefs cookie for about 90 days with your last search (dates, guests, beds, amenities, area) and the sample homes you opened. That is what powers “Suggested for you.”

Favourites stay in your browser. Trip rooms store your name, email, membership, shortlist, votes and messages in a separate Cloudflare database. Room content is visible to invited members; organisers can see invite addresses. Email sign-in links and invitations are sent through Resend. A necessary, secure sign-in cookie lasts up to 30 days. You can sign out to remove it. Organisers can delete a room and its chat and votes. Do not post payment details or sensitive personal information in group chat.

Demo booking details are sent to Stripe test checkout; the contact inquiry form does not email staff. Booking payments remain sandboxed. Trip invitation emails are real and are sent only when requested.
