How to plan a Fernie ski week

Fernie ski weeks fill from the Christmas corridor through March. If you need ski-in access, four-plus bedrooms, or a hot tub, start with dates and headcount — the home is easier to choose once those are locked.

Calgary (YYC) is usually the simpler fly-in: more seats, often a lower fare, and about 3.5 hours' drive. Cranbrook (YXC) is closer. Winter tires are mandatory on rental cars.
